Profile
The Institute’s primary focus is the structured examination of decision alternatives and their consequences.
We analyse economic, political and defence systems, with particular attention to macroeconomic and monetary processes, the mechanisms of fiscal decision-making, political points of divergence, and the financial consequences of geopolitical and technological inflection points.
Our methodology is grounded in scenario- and probability-based modelling. The data required for analysis are derived predominantly from the systematic collection and structured processing of open-source information.
In responding to our principals’ questions, we do not apply generalised frameworks, but construct purpose-built models tailored to the specific problem at hand. The analysis does not describe a single predetermined outcome; rather, it maps potential branches, assigns probabilistic weight to them, and examines their likely consequences.
